HER STORY

Built through sport, resilience, and adaptation.

Katie was born missing part of her left arm, but that never erased her drive to compete, move, and challenge what was possible. She grew up participating in able-bodied sports and learned early how to adapt, perservere, and keep showing up.

Her path eventually led her into the Paralympic movement and into the world of para track cycling, where discipline, speed, courage, and precision meet.

Today, Katie is training toward the LA 2028 Paralympic Games while using her story to encourage greater representation, visibility, and opportunity in sport.

BEYOND THE BIKE

A mentor, advocate, and voice for representation.

Katie's work extends beyond training and competition. She is passionate about mentorship, visibility, and helping others understand that disability does not limit identity, ambition, or belonging.

Through her involvement with organizations such as VIS and Athletes for Hope, Katie continues to use her platform to support young athletes, adaptive athletes, and communities learning what resilience can look like in real life.

Her goal is not only to compete at the highest level, but to help expand what people believe is possible in sport, leadership, and life.
